Nicole Farid is an experienced sales and team leadership professional with over 10 years of experience across the Energy, Metals & Mining, and Business Consultancy sectors. She has held senior account management and regional roles across EMEA, working in complex, commercially driven environments.

Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, performance management, and client relationship strategy. She brings strong practical insight into leading teams, driving initiatives, and sustaining performance in high-demand settings.

At the London Intercultural Centre, Nicole contributes to program design and facilitation, particularly in areas related to empathetic leadership, accountability, and performance alignment. Her commercial background enables her to translate behavioural concepts into practical business application.
