LIC Network Pledge 

As a member of the London Intercultural Centre network, I recognise my role in creating a welcoming, ethical, and inclusive environment, for my team, my clients, and my community. 

I am committed to building a culture that values people from all backgrounds and abilities, and I understand that real progress takes time, consistency, and integrity. 

Inclusion and Representation

I pledge to develop a workforce that reflects the diversity of my community, across identities, backgrounds, and experiences. I will support a culture of belonging at every level of my organisation, including leadership and governance. 

Ethical Collaboration and Business Conduct

I will engage with fellow LIC members and partners in a respectful, transparent, and ethical manner. I will uphold fairness, honesty, and integrity in all business dealings and professional relationships. 

Responsible Leadership

As a leader, I will take responsibility for promoting ethical practices within my organisation. This includes setting clear standards for behaviour, encouraging open dialogue, and holding myself and others accountable for upholding these values. 

Sustainable and Inclusive Growth

I will support local and diverse businesses, promote equitable access to economic opportunities, and contribute to sustainable practices that benefit both people and the planet. 

Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Learning

I will share lessons learned, tools, and strategies with the LIC network to help us grow together. I will also stay open to feedback, new perspectives, and ongoing learning.
