Liu Liu is an experienced cross-cultural intelligence coach and senior leader with over 20 years of international management experience. He has led cross-border teams and complex programs across more than 50 countries, working in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.

He specialises in cross-cultural collaboration, leadership without formal authority, and stakeholder alignment in multi-market settings. His coaching-driven methodology enables participants to translate insight into practical behavioural change.
