Ozan Ozsavasci is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and multi-level marketing across diverse industries, including healthy nutrition & wellness, healthcare, safety & security, and consumer & office. With a vast business background spanning 27 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Ozan has accumulated extensive experience.

Having dedicated 13 years to Herbalife, Ozan held various management roles at both market and regional levels. Recently, he has been instrumental in steering the business strategy and growth for Herbalife Nutrition in the 20 Eastern European and African countries under his oversight. In this capacity, Ozan has played a crucial role in the success of Herbalife Nutrition, its distributors, and consumers by focusing on the development and implementation of corporate strategy.

Prior to his tenure at Herbalife, Ozan spent over 12 years at 3M, where he held diverse management positions. In his final role as the Country Business Leader, Ozan led the Healthcare team in Turkey across different sales channels, including medical devices, dental, and orthodontics. His focus was not only on expanding the market but also on elevating it to higher standards.

Furthermore, Ozan actively participated in external engagements, serving as the Chairperson of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) in Turkey from 2015 to 2017.
